Election 2021 Live Updates: BJP president JP Nadda today released its Sankalp Patra\/manifesto for Assam Elections. Launching the 10 Sankalps, the party said that its 10 Sankalps are for an Aatmanirbhar Assam and to fulfil the pledge of Sabhyata, Suraksha, Vikas. JP Nadda said that the party will bring in corrected NRC. He also said that Orunodoi payments, which are now Rs 830\/month will be increased to Rs 3,000 As many as 30 lakh deserving families will be paid financial support of Rs 3,000 per month under Orunodoi Scheme, he said. Meanwhile, addressing a rally from Silchar, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath hit out at Congress for not doing any development for Assam in the last few decades.
